Excellent service 💯 had called in last minute to get our car serviced and front break pad's changed day before Good Friday, Easter long weekend as we made a last minute plan to go camping. They went above and beyond our expectations, we had other issues with our vehicle. The owner had fixed our central locking free of charge, we were planning on getting it fixed through Hyundai dealers but couldn't afford what they had quoted us so we left it until we could. They also fixed our head lights as they were very dimm, we hadn't asked for them to be fixed but was told they needed to be sorted and was charged $70 extra which was fine cause we were travelling to Tocumwal. Had our router's done aswell, all within 3hrs. Our car is running sooo much better, next we will get our rear tyres done from these amazing bloke's and will now be our new mechanic's.We've recently moved down from Queensland & it's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. Thanks to my sister Stella for recommending A&E Keep up the great work highly recommend these blokes in Hallam 👌💯

Very nice place! We needed rwc on our campervan on the same day. We called and explained our problem, he said he could make time to help us and so he did! The costs weren’t very expensive and the service was good. Would definitely recommend this place!

A 'n' E automotives was referred to me by a friend who has all her cars servied by him. I have used them for basic work and complex tasks such as an engine swap. The prices he has quoted have been fair and owner is a good bloke to deal with. I am really happy with everything he's done and as such, I also refer him to others! You can't go wrong with this bloke :)

The best quote. Is honest and wants the best for you. Prepares for the worst so you can prepare for bad news. Thankfully I didn't need a transmission rebuild and only had an engine rebuild. Picked up the car and no issues. Will be using them again.

Just picked up my car from George and boys. It was the first time getting it serviced from someone other than the dealer. I am very happy with the service and the price. Yesterday I was supposed to have a drive test at VicRoads Dandenong, I have arrived in with my car and upon the pre check drive test we found that my middle back break light is not working. I was not allowed to continue to do the drive test. After bagging to the manager at VicRoads she allowed me one hour to fix it and come back. I found A 'N' E on my wase and drove in without any notice or a call. When I arrived I walked into the office and quickly explained what happened and said I'm willing to pay twice the amount if they can quickly help me. The boys did not hesitate and left everything to fix it for me (we found it was just a dead light bulb but that is not what matters here) after fixing it I walked in to the office to pay and they didn't want to charge me. To you amazing people who obviously did not hesitate at all when it comes to doing a good dead karma will pay you twice! I am sending you guys so much love thanks to you I have passed the test yesterday and are now able to run my business as normal I cannot thank you enough for what you did for me! If I didn't live in Cockatoo you will surely be my mechanics I will send anyone I know living in your area to you guys. WELL DONE!!! YOU DESERVE ANY GOOD COMING YOUR WAY!

Fantastic service. Allan and Eddy are excellent mechanics, conduct comprehensive car assessments and are very fair with pricing. They have significant expertise, excellent customer service skills are very pleasant to communicate with. As a young woman I felt very nervous about my car breaking down as I had no idea about engines, yet, was profoundly reassured and impressed with their excellent service, honesty and thorough explanation. I broke down 2kms away at 7 am. I checked the reviews of all the local mechanics and his were all good. I waited until 8 to call him. I told him what happened and he said bring it in. After he fixed the issue and gave me the price I also got him to service my car as he didn't rip me off. He did a great job my car is running great.I'm very happy!!! Thank you

Fantastic experience. These guys really Know their stuff.I was very comfortable with their approach from the moment I walked in. They were honest and upfront and I knew then, I was in good hands.They listened carefully to my initial concerns and seamed to genuinely care..and I didn't feel like i was a "number" and that was refreshing.From day one, they were immediately determined to get to the cause of the problem and really took the time to carefully diagnose be for jumping to conclusions so Alan gave me a loan car no qns asked.Over the next day I was given on-going updates.When they finally provided me with 3 options to solve the problem, it was at that moment, I felt well informed and advised and certainly not pressured, so I agreed to go ahead to make some modifications to the existing turbo.That intern, was the not only the best long term solution, but also the least expensive option too. It also didn't require any additional parts..(which were unnecessary)I have a tuned Subaru which had a unique turbo problem and It was clear that they have the experience & Knowledge. Alan & Eddie really seam to take pride in their work. Alan has extensive understanding of turbos especially EVo's and Subaru's and he was great at explaining the problem in layman's terms and went above and beyond the point of call in making sure I was happy.Thanks Guys..Car runs like a dream!

After several bad experiences with previous mechanics, all I can say is I'm so glad I gave A n E Automotive a go. Alan and his team are a joy to deal with, they speak in plain English and advise you up front what the cost of the work will be with no nasty surprises. The workshop is very clean and you know they are good at what they do as the garage is full of customer's cars! Alan was even kind enough to come and pick me up from my place of work and take me back to the workshop to collect my car. I was extremely happy with the service and the price and I will definitely continue to bring both my vehicles to be serviced. I highly recommend A n E to anyone looking for a top mechanic or looking to change from their existing one. Thumbs up, 10/10!!!

Called A & E with no notice @ 11am as my car's wheel bearing died on the way to work and they were able to get it fixed by 3pm so I was able to drive home (to the other side of town) the same day - and the price was reasonable too..Highly recommended!
